DHS Child Protective Services - Bias

I have told DHS point blank I will be a pain in their ass, and that I intend to sue them, and to seek judgement for their negatively impacting the community and my child.

They impacted the community by not allowing for law enforcement interaction in the process. They sidelined law enforcement and denied them the opportunity to process my ex wife for child endangerment (she gave drugs to her oldest minor child as well).

IMO DHS hates men. DHS is biased against men receiving their children. DHS would rather give the kids back to a drugged out mother than give them to a clean loving father... There are numerous stories in the media of DHS giving kids back to their abusive mother's who somehow end up starving and killing the kids...

DHS claims they are overwhelmed...

DHS makes errors and they are not held accountable for their errors.

The bottom line... I want to sue DHS!

To force this organization to change requires they give up their operating funds when they literally screw up. Simply getting them to acknowledge "We are sorry!" isn't going to be enough. I need a law firm that has big balls. A law firm with "CAJONES" that are so big that they won't bat an eye and will never back down. This firm must have A willingness to obtain deposition statements from all involved case workers and those neighbors who called the system to report their findings.

This is a matter that impacts fathers nationwide. We need to call them on their bias and open up their decision process (a process of creativity at whim; no written guidelines, no formality of process itself, and a staunch unswerving willingness to support women over men). If you have leads on a lawyer or a firm that is willing to seek an outcome of betterment for Colorado. Please let me know. I swear on God's name himself that legal patriot will become one of the wealthiest in the nation if he/she takes on this endeavor.
