Merry Christmas 2008
Today is yet another day, one of the many such days added to those expressed earlier; of which your off spring, your shared wealth, and other accumulations gather about a beautifully decorated green tree to pretend that you are Christians observing nothing more than a historical reference.
You are not Christians!
You ignore this gift.
Penny Gayle is moving forward. As best as she can with the resources given to her. She isn't physically or mentally near the point of where she was when I had last seen her in March 2004 (prior to being denied access to my own home); back in March 2004 she was speaking sentences, answering questions, and openly attending to everyone around her. No! She isn't there yet. How could she ever be to that point after having endured what she went through? Imagine this scenario: Penelope being tossed down a flight of stairs and afterwards has her lovely head banged in by her own sister in anger after she had experienced being slapped around by her own mother for not feeding her.
Look at the videos! Analyze your hearts! We are witnessing a miracle.

Lawyer desired - Seeking malpractice for Denial of Healthcare
I am looking for a lawfirm.
I am the one man in the country who has a legal case; against DHS, and that of a healthcare professional couple (one a doctor, and one is a local hospital administrator). Denial of health care services to a special needs Down's Syndrome daughter.
She was starved.
She was beaten and has a scar on her head to prove it.
Law enforcement should have been called... by DHS, and by all of the involved parties who observed Penny on the day she was removed from the home. End of story.

Merry Christmas 2008
I was recently invited to a birthday party.
I found this invitation to be conflicting.
It involves my ex brother in law's son whom I have much affection for and an endearing closeness that remains even though there is strife and conflict within the extended family. This is proof that children are innocent and unwilling participants in family squabbles.
I decided to create a video that would address their lacking involvement. This video will shame them into rethinking their earlier positions.
First:
Nobody won in the divorce.
Your daughter Debi lives in the streets because she chose that for herself. I am not to blame for her choice's and ongoing lack of direction. My involvement in her life only delayed this inevitable choice and I refuse to accept any accountability for an act she is uniquely accountable and responsible for as a mother, as a daughter, and as a failed wife.
You enabled her.
You are knowledgable of the damage done to Penelope and you covered it up. There is a scar on her head that reflects physical damage that was accomplished by Debi, or one of the sisters who resided with her. I believe attempted murder took place by Debi... or by one of her sisters... and that YOU covered it up. No law enforcement was present when the children were taken into custody by DHS. No extensive written report was provided of the event that occured that day. Why not? Penelope was starved. Penelope was traumatized. I believe and assert the position that YOU covered up an act of attempted murder to protect your daughter and granddaughters.
I have a blood soaked area of concrete where the DNA continues to sit as evidence if an investigation must be pursued. It was discovered when the carpet was replaced throughout the home.
Now the whole truth has been layed out, and YOU know that I know.
